RE: WW 110V AC Problem

110 AC circuits are not fused, they are protected by breakers just like your house. Check the breakers to see they have not been tripped.

RE: Looking for riding areas - Sierras...

We camp at Prosser lake Ranch Group campground (located on ReserveAmerica website). There are no assigned camping spots there. It is basically a big area right next to the lake and you can pull in just about anywhere. No problems getting a big rig in there and you can ride right out of camp. You can either ride East toward Boca or North towards Stampede. Check it out if you've never been there. Highly recommend
Looks like Prosser is closed thru May 2009???

RE: Post photos of your toyhauler

Here's a picture of our Toy Hauler. We don't have toys to haul but use the garage for storage of our grill, equipment, etc. It's also where our Blue Heeler, Buckets, sleeps!
Humpf... yer lucky, both of our heelers sleep with us...:B

RE: 2008 K-Z Sportster 33P fifth wheel

I looked at the 33P myself and nearly bought it until a friend made one very important observation. While KZ makes a very fine product there is virtually zero outside storage. You owe it to yourself to take that in to careful consideration. Most 5ers have storage under the bathroom and bedroom, KZ does have huge pass thru storage on 37 and up but they leave that out of the 35 and 33. You will need and want this outside storage for all the tools and items that you can't put in the kitchen and under the dinette. Unless you are planning on adding storage in the garage, I'm certain you will be very frustrated.
As for the genny, get an Onan 5.5, it's twin cylander design is quieter and has much less vibtation than the 4.0 Onan does.

RE: The results of WW and Rage'n consolodation

I have been corrected. There was a miscomunication or misunderstanding or whatever. Thanks for the heads up Shawn!
It seems that WW has screwed the pooch on this or better yet, screwed the Rage'n line. They are not upgrading the WW to the Z-rail I beam frame with vacuume bonded aluminum framed walls. They are downgrading the Rage'n to the WW frame and giving the premium frame and aluminum studded walls to the ultralites.
Go figure!:h

Is ragen going away, or are they just going to build both in the same plant?
Both at the same plant.

The results of WW and Rage'n consolodation

Contrary to what you may have read in other posts (mine included) the demise of Rage’n Inc as an independent company may not be such a bad thing, at least not for WW.
WW restructuring (layoffs and plant closures) will give WW models a leg up especially in the strength and appearance of the WW wide-body line. They have replaced all wide-body frames with Rage’n frame design including the Z-Rail sidewall support structure. It’s been well documented that WW frames were $%@#, this was the remedy. Along with that, WW has adopted the Rage’n vacuum bonded, aluminum framed fiberglass walls that gave Rage’n that distinctive mirror finish.
The wide-body trailers and WW Motor Homes will roll of the line at the former Fleetwood plant. All ultra-lites (WW and Rage’n) will be produced at the Rage’n plant in Riverside.
So the end result is that WW gets a leg up in strength and appearance and Rage’n is still alive as a sister line and will continue to be marketed as a Rage’n.

RE: Rage'n Inc. is no longer

Ragen has been a division of WW for several years. WW is consolidating all of their business as sales of toy haulers have slowed. Should not be a problem with warranty and they are still building Ragen product.
Actually, Rage'n was not a division of WW. It was a completley seperate corporation whos controlling interest was held by Mark Warmoth and WW.

Rage'n Inc. is no longer

Rage'n Inc was disolved and absorbed by Weekend Warrior. Probably during the last big layoff. It looks like manufacturing will now take place at Weekend Warrior by Weekend Warrior as everyone except Rage'n purchasing personel have been sacked.
Sad.
